Discovery Session
In your Discovery Session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and explore what brought you to coaching via Zoom or phone call. We’ll talk about your background, current challenges, and what you hope to achieve, while also answering any questions you may have about how the coaching process works. This is a chance to clarify expectations on both sides—what coaching is (and isn’t), the roles we each play, and how we can work together effectively. Most importantly, it’s an opportunity to see if we’re a good fit. A strong coach-client connection is essential for meaningful progress, and this session helps us lay that foundation in a relaxed, supportive environment.
Coaching Sessions
A formal 1:1 coaching session is a focused, yet flexible conversation designed to help you make real progress toward your goals. We’ll start with a quick check-in to see how things have been going since our last session. Then, we’ll dive into whatever feels most important for you to explore that day—whether it’s a challenge, a decision, or something you’re trying to change or achieve. I’ll guide you with questions to help you gain clarity, look at things from new angles, and identify next steps. We’ll wrap up by summarizing key insights and setting a plan for what you want to work on before we meet again. It’s a supportive, judgment-free space just for you
